1202 is one of the more powerful cows in our herd. She is a Conquest daughter, going back to Big Sky, and posts a 107.69 MPPA. She comes from a long line of great females, tracing back to the famed Feddes Blockana cow family. Her 2016 daughter was selected for the elite Bet On Red sale in Reno, and her 2017 bull calf, Feddes RBH Summit, was our high-selling bull at the Feddes/C-T Red Angus Bull Sale to Rafter C Red Angus.
1404 is a well-balanced female, tracing back to the famed Feddes Blockana cow family. Her dam is RBH Blockana 1202, and this young cow has done an outstanding job for us. Her 2017 heifer sold at the elite Bed On Red sale to Lautenschlager & Sons Red Angus. She goes back to breed-leading maternal calving ease sires Conquest and Above Heaven. 1404 is a moderate-framed powerhouse, posting a 108 MPPA.
1206 is a Miss Pan cow that consistently produces a good calf each year. She was sired by Feddes RBH Norse 0508; we only got one calf crop out of this bull but every daughter he produced went back into our herd or into another purebred program. She goes back to Big Sky on the bottom and posts a 103.08 MPPA. Her 2017 daughter was selected for the elite Bet On Red sale.
0964 was purchased from C-T Red Angus at the Big Sky Elite Female sale in December of 2018. We were looking for a high end donor cow to add to our herd and found just what we wanted in this awesome Make Mimi daughter. She produced several herd bulls while at C-T, as well as numerous replacement heifers. She posts an MPPA of 104.57. We are excited about her future here at Rocking Bar H.
The Larkabu cow family is kind of like royalty around our place. Her dam (Feddes Larkabu 404) was one of the first cows we purchased in 2005 and has done an incredible job for us; at 15 years old, she continues to produce phenomenal calves. Many of 404’s sons and daughters have gone on to do great things, but 1304 is her best. She is deep ribbed, has a wide back, strong feet, great udder, and posts a 104.36 MPPA.
