Traveling Mercies of Family
Thank you, Lord, for this family of ours.
The days are going FAST right now.
When I look back on our younger family 5, 10, and 15 years ago, I know that Keith and I never could’ve predicted all that our current lives would hold!
I’m on a plane headed for Ohio this morning where I am picking up a car there for the Montana ranch.
Cole is en route from Georgia by way of Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri today before meeting me in Illinois tomorrow.
Clay is westbound from Montana in his semi-truck after a hay delivery and hauling back a load for a customer in Washington.
Keith and Carson are both home–thank goodness– because someone needs to be checking on the next round of calves being born, running the construction company, and holding down the fort in general.
I think I would have been overwhelmed had I known ahead of time all the things we would have had going on this week.
But God, in His overwhelming grace, doesn’t overload our minds with the future.
He knows what’s coming because He sees all, and He gives this life to us in bite-sized portions.
Wherever you are today, whatever you’re doing, I hope you’ll trust Him with everything.
He holds your future and will care for you and provide all you need every step of the way.
